Howdy! Welcome to Lone Star Retrievers.
Family obedience dog training, dove, quail, and duck hunting retrievers are our most common programs. If your an avid hunter who needs an Advanced Gun Dog to run blind retrieves, or interested in a competition Hunt Test Retriever, we have you covered! We run AKC tests from Junior Hunter, Senior Hunter, Master Hunter, to the AKC Master National.
Our home training property is 50 manicured acres, specifically for exposing retrievers to different land and water scenarios to better their exposure, and preparation for your adventures together.
Conveniently we are located in the middle of South Texas, directly in between Corpus Christi, San Antonio, Houston, and Laredo, near the intersection of IH 37 and US 59.
We provide bi-monthly updates on your 4 legged family member, and encourage visits to learn their new commands and skills.
